Step One | Initial Conversation

Let's Talk About Your Project
Every project starts with a conversation with Brandon and Kimberly.
We’ll discuss your goals, ideas, timeline, and overall vision for the space. This first call helps us understand what you’re hoping to accomplish and whether we’re the right fit for your project.
We’ll also answer any initial questions you may have about budgeting, timelines, or the remodeling process.

Step Two | On-Site Consultation
Seeing The Space In Person
The on-site consultation allows us to better understand your home, the existing conditions, and the scope of the project.
We’ll take measurements, discuss design ideas, talk through material considerations, and identify any potential challenges early in the process.
This is also an opportunity for you to get to know us and how we approach projects.
What to expect:
• Walkthrough of the project area

Step Three | Proposal & Scope Review
Building A Clear Plan
Once we’ve gathered the necessary information, we’ll prepare a detailed proposal outlining the scope of work for your project.
We want homeowners to clearly understand what is included, how the project will move forward, and what the next steps look like.
Our focus is transparency and setting realistic expectations from the beginning.

Step Four | Planning & Material Selection
Preparing Before Construction Begins
Careful planning is essential to making projects run smoother.
Before work begins, we will finalize selections, coordinate materials, confirm scheduling, and make sure all major project details are organized ahead of time.
This stage helps reduce surprises and keeps the construction process moving efficiently.

Step Five | Construction Begins
Bringing The Project To Life
Once construction starts, our focus shifts to quality execution, communication, and maintaining a clean, organized job site. No jumping between jobs, you become our only focus.
We understand remodeling can temporarily disrupt daily life, so we work hard to keep projects moving while treating your home with care and respect.
Throughout the project, we stay in communication regarding progress, scheduling, and upcoming phases of work.

Step Six | Final Walkthrough
Reviewing Every Detail
As the project nears completion, we perform a final walkthrough together to review the finished work and address any remaining touch-ups or details.
We want homeowners to feel confident and excited about the completed project before we consider the job finished. We don't leave until you are confident with the results.

• Final walkthrough of completed work
• Punch-list items addressed
• Project clean-up
• Care and maintenance guidance

Step Seven | One-Year Follow-Up Inspection
Standing Behind Our Work
Our relationship with homeowners doesn’t end the day the project is completed.
Approximately one year after completion, we return to inspect the project, check on how everything is performing, and address any concerns that may have developed as materials naturally settle and adjust over time.
We believe long-term relationships and accountability matter.
What to expect:
• Follow-up inspection appointment
• Review of completed work
• Inspection of finishes and materials
• Opportunity to discuss any concerns
• Continued support after the project is complete
